A Sneak Preview:
We will begin by opening Circle and gentle movement and breathwork to settle the body and the mind.
Judie, a Certified Hypnotist, will guide you into a deep, meditative trance where you will easily plant your intention into your subconscious mind. Once this happens, you can rest knowing that you are supported in manifesting your intention.
Julia, Integrative Somatic Healer, will then seal the hypnosis with her Himalayan Singing Bowls. The enchanting sounds for the bowls will deepen the state of relaxation and rest creating a fertile environment for your intention to take roots.
There will be time for reflection and sharing. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and energized for the year to come. No prior meditation or hypnosis experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything else you feel you will need to be comfortable. Also bring water, a pen and journal. Note that there are only 22 spaces available so register now.
