- We will begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual, opening the heart and connecting us to the earth and each other
- Guided into a hypnotic manifestation meditation, you’ll journey inward while bathed in the harmonics of Himalayan singing bowls — amplifying clarity, creativity, and vision.
- We’ll then move into a deeply restorative gong bath, allowing the body to release and the subconscious to integrate.
- Space will be held for reflection, journaling, and sharing, anchoring your intentions in community and ceremony.
This is a soulful invitation to pause, receive, and align with the light within and around you. Open to 12 participants only.
No prior meditation or hypnosis experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you feel you will need to be comfortable. Also bring water, a pen, and a journal. Note that there are only 12 spaces available so register now.
