DESCRIPTION:Restore balance and harmony in the body through the resonant sonic waves of Himalayan Singing Bowls and the gentle use of gongs. \nThis group sound healing experience is designed to support deep relaxation\, stress reduction\, and nervous system regulation. Participants will rest in a supported supine position while a series of sound healing protocols are offered to encourage the body to settle\, soften\, and restore its natural rhythms. \nThe bowls will be played both around and\, at times\, gently on the body to enhance the immersive and embodied experience.
