Kapha Season ( Winter through Spring) is characterized as heavy, wet and cold. Join us for a 7 class series and learn how your yoga practice can keep you in balance. Class meets on Thursdays from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Jyoti Yoga is an open level vinyasa class that incorporates intelligent season appropriate sequences, mudras, pranayama, meditation and sound healing practices to promote balancing of body, mind and spirit.
This is an online class. You will receive a zoom link 30 minutes before each class. Drop in registrations available. Drop in ticket sales end 1 hour before class start time.
