As we enter the Pitta Season (Summer), join us for a 7 class series and learn how your yoga practice can keep you in balance.
Class meets on Thursdays from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Jyoti Yoga is an open level vinyasa class that incorporates intelligent season appropriate sequences, mudras, pranayama, meditation and sound healing practices to promote balancing of body, mind and spirit.
This is both in person and online. You have to purchase the series to be able to come in person. You will receive a zoom link 30 minutes before each class. Drop in registrations available. Drop in ticket sales end 1 hour before class start time.
Class is recorded. You will receive a link the next day that will be available for 5 days.
