Jyoti Yoga is an open level vinyasa class that incorporates intelligent season appropriate sequences, mudras, pranayama, meditation and sound healing practices to promote balancing of body, mind and spirit.
This is both online and in person class. You will receive a zoom link 30 minutes before each class. Drop in registrations available. Drop in ticket sales end 1 hour before class start time. Classes are recorded and are available for 7 days after each live session.
